I bring over seven years of experience working in social services, supporting individuals and families in family partner and care coordination roles. That background shapes my coaching approach: thoughtful, collaborative, and attentive to the realities of everyday life.
I don’t diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or tell you what you should do. Instead, I work alongside you to explore what matters, what’s sustainable, and what support might help you move forward — at a pace that fits.
