Coaching with White Rock Health is a collaborative process designed to help you build steadiness, clarity, and sustainable change in your day-to-day life. I work with adults seeking practical support around habits, transitions, stress management, and personal direction.
While I’m based in Massachusetts, I work with clients online and welcome individuals from other locations who feel aligned with this approach.
Coaching Programs
Most clients work with me in one of two structured coaching containers:
3-Month Coaching Program
Six sessions focused on establishing direction, building momentum, and creating practical change.
6-Month Coaching Program
Twelve sessions that allow for deeper work, integration, and sustained progress over time.
Maintenance Program
If, after completing one of the above programs, you may like additional support. In that case, you may decide to purchase 4 more sessions. They may be used as you wish, but must be used within approximately 4 months of purchase.
During our consultation, we’ll determine which program best supports your goals.
