About Me

Coaching with clarity, compassion, and respect

I believe meaningful change doesn’t come from being told what to do—it comes from being supported as you discover what works for you.

White Rock Health grew out of a desire to offer calm, practical, and non-judgmental support to people navigating change, stress, and transition. Many of the individuals I work with are in late middle age, in caregiving roles, or at a point where life feels heavier or more complicated than it once did. They’re capable, thoughtful people—they just don’t want to do it all alone.

As for me, I’m a senior living in Central Massachusetts, and I understand firsthand how uncomfortable and challenging change can be. Life transitions don’t stop as we get older – they simply ask us to adapt in new ways.

I’ve been married for over 30 years to my wonderful wife, Anita, and I enjoy watching my adult son, Joe, continue to build his own life. Family, stability, and perspective matter deeply to me, and they inform how I show up as a coach.

I hold two certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition: the Health Coach Training Program and the Coaching Intensive Practicum. I am preparing to sit for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) certification in July/August 2026.
