The first step is a free consultation. This is a conversation — not a commitment.

During this call, we’ll:
- Talk about what you’re navigating right now
- Explore what you’re hoping for support with
- Review what health coaching is (and isn’t)
- Decide together whether coaching feels like a good fit
You’re welcome to ask questions, take your time, and decide without pressure.
Step 2: Choose a coaching plan
If we decide to move forward, we’ll select a coaching plan that fits your needs, pace, and availability. Coaching sessions are typically held virtually and scheduled at regular intervals.
Coaching plans are structured, but flexible — designed to support consistency without adding stress.
Step 3: Ongoing coaching & support
Coaching sessions are collaborative and client-centered. Each session builds on the last, with space to reflect, adjust, and respond to what’s happening in your life.
Coaching may include:
- Clarifying goals and priorities
- Identifying barriers and patterns
- Building sustainable routines and habits
- Strengthening accountability and follow-through
- Adjusting strategies as needs change
You remain in control of the process. Coaching adapts to you — not the other way around.
