Starting something new can feel daunting, especially when life already feels full. Health coaching at White Rock Health is designed to be straightforward, respectful, and flexible — so you can decide, at each step, what feels right for you.


Step 1: Schedule a free consultation

The first step is a free consultation. This is a conversation — not a commitment.

During this call, we’ll:

  • Talk about what you’re navigating right now
  • Explore what you’re hoping for support with
  • Review what health coaching is (and isn’t)
  • Decide together whether coaching feels like a good fit

You’re welcome to ask questions, take your time, and decide without pressure.


Step 2: Choose a coaching plan

If we decide to move forward, we’ll select a coaching plan that fits your needs, pace, and availability. Coaching sessions are typically held virtually and scheduled at regular intervals.

Coaching plans are structured, but flexible — designed to support consistency without adding stress.


Step 3: Ongoing coaching & support

Coaching sessions are collaborative and client-centered. Each session builds on the last, with space to reflect, adjust, and respond to what’s happening in your life.

Coaching may include:

  • Clarifying goals and priorities
  • Identifying barriers and patterns
  • Building sustainable routines and habits
  • Strengthening accountability and follow-through
  • Adjusting strategies as needs change

You remain in control of the process. Coaching adapts to you — not the other way around.
