Why I Do This Work

I’ve seen how often people are expected to “hold it together” while the world moves more quickly, supports are fragmented, and life becomes more complex with age or responsibility. I bring over seven years of experience working in social services, supporting individuals and families in family partner and care coordination roles. That work has drawn me to approaches that slow things down and center the person. Coaching creates space for clarity, reflection, and steady progress, without pressure or judgment.

My approach to coaching is collaborative and grounded. I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical or mental health treatment. Instead, I help clients clarify goals, build realistic routines, strengthen habits, and develop strategies that support daily functioning, wellbeing, and resilience. Coaching often focuses on areas like stress management, sleep, nutrition habits, movement, mindset, and creating structure that fits real life.

I’m especially drawn to working with people who feel overwhelmed by change — whether that’s aging, increased responsibilities, caregiving, health concerns, or simply the sense that something needs to shift. Coaching offers a steady space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention.

Above all, I aim to meet clients where they are. No pressure. No one-size-fits-all solutions. Just thoughtful support, accountability, and respect for your autonomy.
